Avoiding Degenerative Disease

Degenerative diseases (such as heart disease, kidney failure, high cholesterol, stomach etc.) has become common fenonema today. In fact, not only attacked the old age, the adolescent not escape from such diseases attack. 

In general, degenerative diseases preceded by stiffness-stiffness in the blood vessels that will result in reduced oxygen supply to the brain. Furthermore, this lack of oxygen supply will cause symptoms of dizziness or pain in the shoulder, neck, thighs and calves.


The emergence of such symptoms should be wary of. Most of the patients, usually taking medications in ways that are less precise that it can cause these symptoms develop into degenerative diseases. How the wrong treatment, such treatment is only relieve the symptoms only (symptomatic). Usually the drugs used pain relievers. Treatment with only relieve the pain it will only eliminate the susceptibility to disease development. Suddenly increases severe illness. 



Therefore, it is mostly known by people with degenerative diseases has been growing while severe.
To avoid the occurrence of degenerative diseases, among others: 

1). sufficiently rested; 
2). consume adequate nutrition; 
3). avoid foods / drinks that contain synthetic ingredients; 
4). regular exercise; 
5). develop correct thinking patterns; 

6). do message on a regular basis to eliminate the stiffness-stiffness in the blood vessel every 1 - 1.5 months once.
